4. Leaderboard and Public Information

By using VoiceVibes, you consent to the public display of:

• Your best overall score
• Your ranking position

This information is visible to all users of the Service. If you do not wish to appear on the leaderboard, you must delete your account.

• Voice Recordings: Processed in real-time and not permanently stored after analysis
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Score History: Retained while your account is active
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law for tax/accounting purposes

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
